Welcome to Adrenalin Cheer & Dance

Adrenalin Cheer is the specialist competitive cheerleading and dance school right here in Mackay that is locally owned and operated since 2005.

We are so excited about our sport and we hope to be able to introduce many more athletes to the thrill of tumbling, stunting and dancing alongside your teammates in the action-packed sport that is cheerleading! 

We have recreational classes which build skills and confidence, competitive teams from Novice (first-year/beginner athletes) up to level 4 and let's not forget  "Tiny Cheer" which is for our youngest athletes (4-6yrs).

You can enrol into recreational classes all year round and our team of coaches are always looking forward to meeting new athletes and their families.
